The staff are absolutely incredible. Best customer service I have ever experienced, hands down. The island is GORGEOUS and the facilities are impeccably clean and beautiful. I loved that the lack of WIFI in the rooms/beaches forced you to unplug. The drinks are to die for. The other guests at the resort were super nice; we made friends quickly. Actually coming back for our one year anniversary with 3 couples we met during our stay!

The bed was very comfortable, because you can adjust the pressure in the mattress yourself, and the room was clean. The location of the hotel has a nice view of the Bay. The Food is excellent; The Chef who cooked my Talapia dinner Friday night of 3/25, was outstanding! I'd like to mention the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay wonderful. Erica in housekeeping kept my room clean and well stocked; The Server's in the Restaurants who made my stay a delicious and satisfying; Cindy, Kamaree, Jenella, Maria, Rosemarie, and Gessie, all were very friendly an accommodating of my requests; and lastly, I want to thank Food and Beverage Manager Edison, for keeping Prosecco in stock every day of my stay.
