Perfect 3 stars, great staff, great location, excellent restaurant, gym and pool, the interior design is so lovely, with letterboxes and stamps - it's an Ibis Style, and in Ibis Styles there are great interior design projects.
Unfortunately we had a terrible stay.
1. ALL amenities- pool/gym/play room was closed for repairs.
2. The room was just OK. It felt like the furniture was old and needs updating.
3. This is the WORST: The battery died on our door and we were locked out of our room for hours. We nearly missed our family lunch! They had to call a repairman to come and unscrew the door. It was surreal.
The breakfast is phenomenal! Delicious true Brazilian cuisine. The pool is small but the water had a refreshing and good temperature. The kids had a lot of fun on the slide. It wasn’t too steep. The rooms are small and not updated. The TV didn’t have good reception. Also we had to ask for more towels, it was not well stocked.
Great breakfast spread, room was modern and comfortable. Indoor pool was great, lovely and warm with glass roof above. Ability to buy drinks/snacks from reception. Basic gym facilities. Good WiFi. Close to cycle/walking path along the river.
Fair price for what it is. It’s dated but comfortable and clean. Good bed and shower. We booked because of the outdoor pool. The pool area was in excellent condition and there was a games room that the kids enjoyed. It’s not a fancy hotel but it met all our expectations. Staff was excellent too. Very friendly. Our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs which was great with the kids.
