I got scammed by "Rei dos Flats". My reservation was for Brisas do Lago, I arrived there at 5 pm and was told to wait until 7 pm where I got the "news" that because of a platform error (funny that to charge the money there are no errors...), they told me that I would have to CHANGE to completely different condominium (LakeSide) where I was forced to spend the night.... completely unacceptable behaviour! Don't get me wrong I was excited to stay here and the little I was "allowed" to see, it could've been a great time, but sadly the management of this flat is utterly disgraceful.
