The hotel is very nicely designed, with an exceptional spa area and a huge, meticulously clean swimming pool, which is half indoors, half outdoors. The surrounding landscape offers an impressive mountain panorama.

Great food and nice view. The pool is enough big and has separate one for the kids inside and out side as well. The big indoor and outdoor pools have direct conection and you can go from inside to outdoor with swimming. The staff was kind and welcoming.

I have several very small problems and it was solved immediately when I asked the staff to fix them.
Clean and spacious room, delicious food with various options for both breakfast and dinner, and above everything the outdoor swimming pool with warm water, especially in the evening. Also, ski shuttle bus provides a great connection to the gondola several times per day.
Excellent overall, the outdoor thermal swimming pool (which closes an hour before the indoor one) has nice, soothing waters and perfect temperature, the buffet dinners are very good and varied, massages are excellent, too. Around 10 min drive to Bansko gondola for skiing.
The food was excellent, there was something for everyone taste even for a picky toddler. The pool area is enough big and has a lot of places to put your thing or sit. The best part is that the indoor and outdoor pools have a connection and in the winter is awesome experience - swimming under falling snowflakes. The indoor play area for kids is just next to the main restaurant which is very convenient.

Also the modern style of the room mixed with wood, it felt like we are not in Bulgaria.
