The best hotel and resort in Sylhet, highly recommend! Cleanliness was amazing. The food was good, room service for food is reasonably priced, however, buffet was overpriced I think. Swimming pool was decent could be cleaner but not their fault as it was a rooftop pool so bugs entering was inevitable. Nice gift shops on the ground floor, had an aracade and shisha lounge and movie theatre, quite unique for a hotel especially in Bangladesh.

I like the Staff behaviour, excellent room, location of the hotel, complimentary room, Roof top swimming pool, well-decorated restaurants, delicious foods including complimentary breakfast, nice view of Sylhet city from rooftop, etc.
This is truly an international quality 5 star hotel with excellent facilities and amenities. Their roof top swimming pool and cabana is an excellent chill out area as well as the indoor sheesha lounge. Their buffet dinner was excellent quality with variety of options. Special mention for brother Imran at the Signature evening buffet - he really looked after us and provided an excellent service. Loved the Sheesha lounge also.
