Apartment was spotlessly clean. The king size bed as really comfortable with ample linen. Massive TV and beautifully styled. Kitchen was very well equipped. Swimming pool in complex was very clean and enjoyed the tennis court, thanks for balls and rackets included in the apartment. Location was great, near to Broadwater and Australia Fair shopping centre. Overall a very comfortable stay.

I would heartily recommend this establishment to any traveller with a fondness for a swim in the sea. The hotel is but a brief two to three-minute stroll from the beachfront, permitting guests the convenience of returning directly in their swimwear post-dip. The amenities within the hotel are comprehensive, affording one the opportunity to cook and do laundry at their leisure, complemented by a splendid little balcony where one might sit and enjoy the breeze, or observe the majesty of the sunrise and sunset. The landlady exudes a sense of heartfelt commitment to her guests, going so far as to display welcome signs bearing their names, offering timely reminders of potential hazards when swimming in the sea, and even extending the courtesy of lending laundry detergent. Whilst the proximity to the nearest supermarket is somewhat more remote, requiring a foot journey of approximately twenty minutes—I myself opted for takeaway—it is offset by the close vicinity to a bus stop, ensuring convenient transportation links. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my trip.

The location is great with parking space, room is big, shower is great, strong and full of hot water. Bed is reasonable comfort.

We highly recommend Palmerston Tower. It had everything we needed and was very spacious inside. It’s only minutes away from everything that we did in the GC and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The managers were lovely and were available whenever we needed them. The kids loved the spa, and even the pool was heated.

The co-hosts Jin and Louise are exceptional. Extremely warm and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. The location to everything that the Gold Coast has to offer was better than I anticipated. It is a short 3 minute walk to the closest means of public transportation, meaning we didn't have to worry about navigating the busy Gold Coast roads. Omgoodness, the view from the balcony is so pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we get a chance to vacation on the Gold Coast.
