So, this is just a false expectation. ******** Here is my answer, Facts in the review: 1. The house is owned by elderly people who have stopped living there and rent it out, so it feels much more like a house they live in than a luxury hotel (which I expected given the price they charge, €5000 per week for me) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com** 2. 2 of the rooms we ordered were with folded beds (In Booking it says: 1 large double bed. ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com** 3. 2 of the rooms were not really bedrooms (just the living room converted to bedrooms) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com**

From Monday to Friday you can take part in guided hiking tours free of charge. Hiking paths start right from the house and mountain bikes can also be rented for free. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach a public outdoor pool.

The apartment is located at the ground floor of a large house with 2 other apartments. It is really big for two persons, it should fit a family of 4 easily (although there is only one bedroom). The apartment is super well equipped and the house is located only 10 min walk from the ski lift. The house is part of Posthotel Kassl (which is a great hotel) and you have full access to the hotel's in- and outdoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus after a day on the slopes. Hotel staff is great, as is the house. This is our place to go in Oetz (been here 5 times in different apartments in the house).

The host was super kind and always available for questions. The checkin process was easy. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked really nice.
