Very good value for the price! Room was spacious and comfortable. The view is stunning!
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with plenty of choice (including prosecco!). Swimming pool and sauna available all day were a perfect solution after a rainy day on bycycles. They offer garage to store bikes for the night.
The apartment is on top of a hotel and shared some facilities, such as the excellent swimming pool and laundromat. The apartment was also a good size, and was very clean.
Very spacious rooms. Well equipped spa with a good size swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Renata at reception was very helpful in arranging a late checkout so that we could ski before our evening flight. The ski bus stop is right outside the hotel and the buses are very reliable. The free hotel shuttle into Bad Gastein was very useful as the ski bus is only hourly during the middle of the day.
We had one buffet breakfast, with freshly boiled eggs, cheese/charcuteries, fresh buns and sweet spreads, and cereals. Fresh coffee from the espresso machine - a definite plus!
Most of the week we had self-catering breakfast, a lot less glamorous, but budget-friendly.
The hotel also has its own swimming pool, which is used with enthusiasm by children and young people, and calm rest areas. The whole building has recently been refurbished and updated, and provides a lovely, homely feel.
We arrived a bit earlier, 1 pm, and the room was already made by friendly staff. We appreciated the kettle in the room as well as available coffee during the day. And the swimming pool with sauna, that´s nice bonus!
Friendly staff and a lovely facilities throughout the hotel. Swimming pool and spa facilities were great and the ski/snowboard room for storage was great with boot dryers too. The room we had also was big and had everything we could have wanted including amazing views of the waterfall
