It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine.
If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. There is a large room for storing skis and drying boots. A great, quiet, luxurious hotel

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The location was stunning. The restaurant served delicious and well thought out food. The view from the pool was amazing and the spa area was so relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and a great amount of food to start the day. Staff was helpful and kind. This was probably our most favorite hotel we've ever stayed at.
A great hotel, in a superb location. Perfect for a quiet vacation. Spatious room, excellent service, good restaurant and lots of SPA facilities, nice outdoor swimming pool. Extremely friendly stuff. Quite easy to reach this place, if following the right route. Very convenient location if you enjoy hiking. Liked everything about it. Will probably go there again.
The location of the hotel was amazing, on the top of the hills with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The service was good as well, every one was smiling and very kind.
The SPA was very specious with 2 very big and one smaller sauna, fitnes, outdoor infinity pool and more.
3 to 5 gang menu was very delicious as well.
This hotel was built and established by a family, and that warmth is evident from the moment you step in. It's an amazing place with helpful and friendly staff, many saunas, outside heated pool. Though there's just one restaurant, it was sufficient for our 4-night stay. They offer complimentary e-bikes for guests to explore the surroundings. If any issues arise, they are fixed promptly.
High up on the side of the Pitztal valley, this hotel has stunning views and is absolutely peaceful. It is modern and simultaneously traditional, decorated in high-quality materials in a chic contemporary rustic style. The apartment was well-designed and equipped with plenty of space. The spa area is similarly luxurious and shares the same amazing views from every room, sauna and the pool.
Andrea was the most welcoming host who made us feel at home in her lovely property. Our room was fantastic with stunning mountain views and immaculate facilities. The breakfast was lovely and filled us up for the long day ahead. Andrea was always on hand to answer our questions as well. There was also a great outdoor garden looking over the mountains which was lovely to sit in when we had some time to spare.
Highly recommend staying here!
