Very spacious and comfortable room with attached bathroom. Very clean with good quality bed linen. A simple but filling breakfast (eggs, yoghurt, cheese, bread, butter and jam) Quiet environment so got a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was really nice. I asked for coffee with ice-cream, and they even sent a guy to buy an ice-cream for me, it was really nice and unexpected. The staff members were really friendly and nice, both at the reception and at the canteen place.

A great hotel with a perfect location! The breakfast was good, the room was clean and had all the conveniences. The staff also made sure that everything was alright. A big plus was the pool and jacuzzi, which, I think, only this hotel in Gyumri has. It was in a historic building in the city center, in less than a 5-minute walking ditance. I recommend staying here!
Loved it here! The location is great with easy access to other cafes and restaurants. Breakfasts are just fine, the spa center is a must-visit place in Armenia. I especially suggest this hotel because it's the only one in Gyumri that has a spa with pools, saunas, and massages. Special thanks to the receptionists at the spa and hotel, very kind and helping))
This property is super clean, with owners nearby if you need anything. Great location, and there are outdoor security cameras, perfect for parking your car out front.

well received breakfast on the first day we chose boiled eggs from the menu it was not well cooked
and the buffet breakfast on the second day was better
and the general room was narrow for 4 people, there was no room with a wheelchair in the hotel
and asked for a separate fee for the swimming pool but could not use it
Such a lovely place near the city center with all the necessary facilities, simple design, comfortable rooms. The place had a well-furnished kitchen and outdoor space. Host was friendly and very kind.

Great advantage of a place is a seperate place underground for work, movie watching, table tennis playing. Also there is a basketball place, barbecue place and an outdoor bar on the roof!
