Nice pool and walking/hiking areas nearby. Staff is polite and helpful. The dinner in the hotel also exceeded our expectations.

Wow, this place is a dream! Incredible location and insane ocean view. Right on the promenade, the hotel is romantic and modern, surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly staff who welcomed us on our honeymoon with a complimentary fruit platter and wine. We were all smiles the entire trip.

Paradiso Garden is located in a quiet area of Playa de Palma, 200 metres from the beach. The hotel offers free access to the spa offering offering indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and cabins for massages at an additional cost. The Hotel was really nice and clean, the staffs were super friendly and the room had a great Sea & Sunset view. The Pool also has been pretty good with a chill atmosphere & good drinks

Bright, air-conditioned rooms have wooden floors, satellite TV and a minibar. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Free WiFi is offered throughout the hotel. Everything we experienced at hotel was memorable and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back, all recommendations!

Helios Hotel Mallorca sits next to Palma Aquarium. Buses leave from outside the hotel, with routes to Palma City Centre and Palma de Mallorca Airport. Extremely excited about staying here. Renovated clean room, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. We had a late check-in, so dinner awaited us in a room.

The staff was also friendly and very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant.

But most of all, the service was very special - all requests, such as gluten-free breakfast, were taken care of, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! We will definitely be back!!!
