A refrigerator, a microwave and a work desk are included in every room at Drury Inn and Suites St Louis Union Station. We had an emergency right after checking in. My daughter had to be taken to the hospital. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped us. They called ambulance, they helped to keep my 9 yr old grandson calmed down. They handled the situation professionally and with compassion. We didn't even get to stay one night. We will be back for our little vacation we had planned Thank you so much

It felt very welcoming to have those common things explained. The food was great and the location was excellent and quiet. This is officially my favorite hotel chain in the US.
