The property itself was huge and very beautiful with a stream running through it behind the motel and by the camp ground area. (We stayed in the motel) There was free breakfast in the morning and it truly felt like we were at home in the common room! The lady that runs the ranch was SO nice and was very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas. We would recommend this location to all of our family and friends. It was very peaceful and stress-free. We stayed here after a full day at Bryce Canyon to bring us closer to our next location which was Zion National Park! 100000000/10 rating!

The apartment was immaculate and the kitchen cupboards were well stocked. Great bathtub! The town of Kanab is a wonderful small town, yet hosts many different restaurants and convenient grocery and other stores.

The owner of the house is always on call, timely provided the requested information. The house is located on a quiet and cozy street, at the foot of a beautiful mountain. There is a parking space right near the entrance to the house. Everything was very nice. I recommend this house for a large family or group.
