A free shuttle runs to/from Mae Hong Son Airport and Bus Station. Fern resort was a highlight of our trip to Northern Thailand. They offered a free shuttle bus into Mae Hong Song in the evening for a walk about and dinner in a village restaurant. The hike into the neighboring nature reserve was amazing. Well worth doing. The buffet breakfast was a treat. The only 10 I am giving of our 3 week trip to South East Asia.

The delicious breakfast with a peaceful and favorable view. We have a chance to try the delicious local foods. Mr. Pimpa was a great host and very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful modern tents with private bathrooms, balconies and hammocks over the river. Lovely common area where meals are served, cooked by the lovely family that run the place. Truly special seeing the veggies pulled straight from the farm on your plate shortly afterwards. Everything was delicious! Very peaceful, lovely setting with pleasant walking routes around the farm - and a very friendly cat. Not many other people staying there, but I can’t imagine that’ll be the case for long once people find out about this beautiful place

So cheap, so peaceful and was just me in a little tin tent. I loved it. Staff were friendly too, and I would definitely stay here again!! :)
