Nice location, a few minutes away from the night market and the beautiful temples and 16 minutes by walk from the bus station. Big room, very clean, with a fridge and a kettle and big towels available for free. The lady was very kind and she also offers a breakfast with loaf bred and jam at her café right in front of the rooms.

This place is great, one of my favourites so far! Super affordable, really comfortable, great location and the vibe of the area is lovely and cosy! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! There are some beautiful doggies on the property that are so funny and friendly and the owner is very kind and more than accommodating! 100% recommend!

Great room that was really big. Breakfast area was fantastic as it was also good for chilling. Good communal space. Beautiful estate with nice gardens. Staff really friendly. Location was good as really easy to drive into town

Very quiet location, still not too far from the center by foot. Very comfortable bed. Nice garden area. Frank and Noi are wonderful hosts. Had great evening talks with Frank on the fireplace and nice daytours with Noi. They make you feel like home.

Only stayed here for 1 night, but really loved the location. Felt like a cute little town with all different houses and nice decorations! Bed was really big and comfortable, good working AC as well. Location also very good if you have transportation. On scooter only 5 min to night markets in Mae Hong Son. In the morning there was free toast with butter, jam and coffee/tea available. Definitely recommend staying here! Very friendly staff as well.
