If you have a car, it is quick ride from markets, Visby and Kneippby etc. The owners were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the place.

Housed in a former brewery in the UNESCO-listed Visby city centre on Gotland Island, this eco-friendly hotel is 150 metres from the Baltic Sea. It offers free WiFi and access to a wellness centre with 2 saunas and a small pool. The Strand had some unique older world charm .the roof top bar was fantastic, with great views. Hannah on the front desk was very thorough and went out her way to advise and help organise my time in Visby. A great ambassador

Minibars and TVs are standard room features at Hotell Villa Borgen. Umbrellas are included in each room as well. This hotel was my favorite during my trip. The location - right in the middle of VIsby walled city - was ideal. The staff were all pleasant and super-helpful. The building was unique, with a very impressive arched entrance with wood door, and a lovely patio garden. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
