The staff from the get-go were very nice and very helpful. As a passing mountain biker I needed over night storage - this was no problem as one of the lads right away gave me a hand. The food is top class, you have to taste it to believe it! The room and the location is also top class with spectacular views of the lough Inagh and the huge mountains that dominate the gorgeous location.

The Ardagh Hotel & Restaurant is located on the constantly changing Ardbear Bay, 2.5 km from the lively town of Clifden, known as the Capital of Connemara. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we were escorted to our room and given fresh cake and served tea. At sunset we sat outside on the Sun Terrasse to watch a very beautiful sunset while sipping on drinks from the bar. The breakfast was one of the best Full Irish breakfasts I've ever had.

Our ferry had been delayed which meant we didn't arrive until gone 11pm but Liam and Tina we very helpful and made sure we arrived safely and even left tea and scones for us when we got there.

This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Amazing location and a beautiful cottage with views in every direction! Nice open floor plan was wonderful for family time. The hosts were kind and helpful. Would recommend, but be sure to coordinate how recycling works with host before hand - it was a little unclear. And be sure to bring your own oil, salt, pepper, etc… They have all the pans and utensils you could need but no basics like that.

The holiday home is composed of 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV is available. Martina the host was absolutely lovely. We stayed over Christmas and she had thought of everything incl. crackers and serviettes. It was decorated lovely. The place is cosy and has everything you need. All the beds and linen, crockery, serving ware is of a high quality.

The property is non-smoking and is located 16 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial. This cosy cottage was a great escape from the larger cities we have been travelling through. We stayed from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day and the owners even had a decorated tree in the property for us. We felt right at home and had a relaxed Christmas. It is a little gem.
