Phenomenal location, essentially on the tip of a peninsula overlooking the ocean and with a beach to yourself. The cottage is cosy, warm and had incredible views. When we needed assistance the caretaker Eileen was over within half an hour on a Saturday night to sort us out. Nothing was too much of a bother.

Everything! This is the most amazing property for a family stay in beautiful West Ireland. The house is comfortable and clean. Spacious with everything you need. Amazing location and a beautiful cottage with views in every direction! Nice open floor plan was wonderful for family time. The hosts were kind and helpful. Would recommend, but be sure to coordinate how recycling works with host before hand - it was a little unclear. And be sure to bring your own oil, salt, pepper, etc… They have all the pans and utensils you could need but no basics like that.

It is located closely to the sea, so we could swim in the ocean at a "private beach" every morning with a great view of the mountains. Your only neighbors will be sheep, cows and rabbits. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living rooms allows you a great view of the bay on a comfortable couch. The surroundings are great for hiking and enjoying the landscape.
