Essentials left for us including bread, butter, milk and toilet roll were very welcome as it meant we didn't need to rush straight back out to a supermarket. The garden was well fenced and the Wendy house has an abundance of toys that kept the children occupied for hours. The bedding and towels were all presented in lovely bow tied packs which was again extremely useful as there were 7 of us in total to spread across the multiple beds and this allowed us to do so with ease. The team communicated with us well in the lead up to our trip, and also once we had left and they had gone in to turn it around which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be booking again as it was everything we needed as our base for 3 days at Alton Towers.
