The room itself was clean and It's true, there is no television in the room but we didn't need one as staying in the room and watching tv was not the purpose of our visit to Wales. The place is a very good starting point for daily trips around the Welsh countryside and Ape sanctuary, Llandudno,Cemlyn Reserve, Foel farm Park, Snowdonia,....Will return if opportunity comes to that. The food was great,eggs made it to Slovenia 😄

Location was very convenient for sightseeing in the area. Host provided good communication and instructions. The convenience of parking permit to allow parking in council car park. Apartment was extremely comfortable.

The location was perfect for the places we had come to visit. The welcome was very warm and the room, overlooking the river, was delightful. Tea and coffee aplenty and very cozy. This hotel is certainly very pet friendly and this seems to draw in a lot of trade. We dog owners are so grateful these places exist and are so welcoming to our furry friends.
Perfect and comfortable pet friendly and well equipped property in a superb location close to the beach, local pub and shops. Comfy beds, nice shower and a secure garden for the dogs topped it off. Thanks again for a fab and comfortable stay!
Absolutely stunning property inside and out, beautifully decorated a perfect mix of new and original features, the grounds blew us away with so many lovely walks and places to investigate. Staff were amazing and so friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Dog friendly property and are well catered for a little goody box of essentials and pet bowls.
The location in Betws-y-Coed was superb and the room was clean and pet friendly. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to put an extra bed in the room for one of the children. Our pet dog also had a lovely time!
Excellent location for our first visit to Barmouth. The Royal is extremely dog friendly and we were delighted with the bowls and towel and dog treats provided for our 'baby' in our room. The room is above an extremely busy bar and restaurant that hosts live music but the noise was over around midnight. The breakfast was outstanding and the lovely lady with the blonde hair (sorry should have got your name} was so nice and really looked after us. The products were a fantastic quality and compliments to the brakfast chef.
One of the best rooms we have stayed in for sometime room 8 Very helpful owner on booking all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Dog friendly and went the extra mile to make him feel welcome....dog treats and towels in room.. Location perfect will return Parking at garage next door Bradbury Garage through hotel. .
Loved the location and the fact that the hotel was pet friendly. We stayed here to go on walks with our dog. Great how right outside your door is outside instead of going in lifts and along corridors etc.
Absolutely stunning cottage, a proper home from home. Extremely well furnished, very clean and really good quality finishings. Location was great, so close to Betws-y-coed and an excellent base to explore the area. Very pet friendly, we were allowed to use a secure field on the premises to exercise our dog (which also has the benefit of fab views from the top of the hill). Eirian is a really friendly and accommodating host. Loved our stay!
Lovely friendly hotel, Rachel and Liam and Wendy were very welcoming to everyone and it was great because we could take our dog with us, very pet friendly. It is in an excellent location and breakfast was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
