Pub was cozy and food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and well trained. Location would be perfect for touring the area or walking in the Mendips. Close to Bristol Airport.

Had a lovely stay, myself and my 2 kids, there was a lovely room with double bed and large living room with a double sofa bed. Kids were delighted with the animals and getting to feed them in the morning. Very helpful hostess. Would have liked to stay longer

Most dog friendly hotel we have been to in ages, we took our 3 small dogs. Great breakfasts, bar lunches. Evening snacks available. Staff were super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location for where we needed to be & great that it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog to stay too. Very comfortable stay & welcoming host. I didn’t take a photo of the bedroom so don’t have one to upload.
The hotel was lovely, dog friendly which was the main thing we were looking for. Loved that they added dog beds and a water bowl to our room for our dogs. Room was huge with plenty of space for us. Had basic necessities we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good, a variety of different foods available, including juices. Right on the beach front which was a bonus as we could see the sea from our room. The hotel was always warm too, we definitely weren’t cold during our stay!
The location is excellent, very close to the beach and parking at the hotel iis included in the costs. The room was nicely decorated, very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. The bed was a little soft but that’s my personal taste. There was a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. The hotel is very pet friendly, pet bed and bowls were supplied and towels were available for drying dogs. The rooms were lovely however the corridors were very tired and in need of refurbishment. This did not spoil our stay at all.
The location was great right on the seafront , 5 minutes to town centre. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The staff we so friendly nothing was too much trouble. Been there twice this year and there again end of September. I would highly recommend this hotel. also pet friendly, as we take our little dog princess with us. We will be going back again and again
We had a lovely stay in this Dog friendly hotel. The staff was realy pleasant and give us dog treats in arrival . The hotel was in an excellent location and the Beach was just across the road. Breakfast was lovely, free parking and our room was ready 3 hrs earlier. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
The hotel is a little tired and as we had a pet friendly room it’s understandable ours may have been a bit less swish than others. But the staff and service were exemplary and it makes such a difference to stay at a truly dog friendly hotel. We had a wonderful stay.
central location, right opposite the beach - very friendly front of house staff, dog friendly with dog towels, feeding bowls and a little dog bed in the room too, very nice touch. very comfy beds and a lovely warm room.
