The room was equipped with a guitar, gramophone, wireless speaker and more. The option to fill the bathroom fridge with beers was extraordinary. The jelly station, the breakfasts, everything was exceptional.

This 3-star hotel offers room service and luggage storage space. The hotel has family rooms. Everything about the Inn was first class and could not be better. A most enjoyable experience .

Breakfast was very well prepared and served. It is not an open buffet. Was high quality food and service.
Facility has a nice gym called CaveGym. Nice old money case of ex-Bank of Scotland. Staff was also very kind.
The front desk team was very nice and helpfull. They helped in every possible need. Congartulation to the team and management.
Was worth every peny. No need to search any other alternative. Location was just perfect.
We will definitely visit again.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The room turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal, right on the Royal Mile. Easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, all the necessities were provided. Great breakfast starting from 7 am. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

have stayed at this hotel several times, never been disappointed, clean and comfy rooms, polite and helpful staff. good location for visiting the city, tram is the best way to get about, convenient clean and inexpensive. pet friendly as well, our assistance dog Bubbles (lab-retriever cross) is always made welcome by all the staff.
Very pet friendly, received a little welcome pack for the dogs which included a tennis ball and treats. They're allowed in the bar area but not in the restaurant. Bed very comfy and room very clean. Food was good as well, both breakfast and an evening meal and location was great for getting to the city. Great transport links or you could park easily by the castle which was also only a few minutes from the shops. My husband and son even walked back from the castle, took about 25 mins. Would stay again.
Our room was a studio and was surprised by how complete it was. It was superbly clean and very pet-friendly. The location is perfect, right along The Royal Mile. It is also near Calton Hill and the park near Holyrood for my dog to walk. The price per night is also reasonable! I would definitely stay here again.
Great, friendly hotel with excellent customer care. Room was fab and since we have stayed with our dog we have been treated to dog bed, dog bowl, blanket and even his own towel. Bathroom has been well appointed with superb toiletries. The whole place is very dog friendly, our pooch was with us during dinner and breakfast at the Stables and during few drinks in the pub area. Location of the hotel is great, just few minutes walk from fantastic beach. Highly recommended.
Room was big enough, I don't have 4* expectations from a budget hotel. Everything really clean, kids suspended bed was really nice and my son enjoyed climbing into it. Breakfast was very nice, good food and coffee. I am sorry I didn't realized that this is a pet friendly hotel. I'll bring my dog next time :). Location was about 30 minutes away from the town centre, so if you don't have a car, it would be difficult for the transport. Otherwise I am pleased with the value for money I got!
