The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. Our 10/10 stay at this place started the night we arrived. After a somewhat harrowing drive in the dark/rain/fog down a tiny road we were exhausted. The lovely man (Dan who it turns out was just filling in but did a bang up job) at the check in just took us straight to our (out of this world) room and said "Check in in the morning, no problem" and handed us a pot of cream (... this is for your coffee/tea). The room itself was huge and gorgeous with a full sitting room area, mini kitchen and a giant king sized bed that was so comfortable I would still be there if I could. The bathroom had a great shower and a giant bath tub. We stumbled across to the pub and (although it was past kitchen closing) the chef made us a lovely salmon dinner. Things just got better from there - gorgeous full breakfasts, lovely dinners, kind and caring staff EVERYWHERE. The town is tiny but stunning with plenty of interesting historical buildings and great hikes both around the area and over to the next town (charmingly called Beer). Thank you to Dan, Sophie, Connor and Hannah for making our stay so incredibly special.

Just a few paces from the beach, The Redcliff offers views across Weymouth Bay, and street parking is available nearby. Weymouth town’s restaurant and pubs are a 10-minute stroll away. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Nice location right by the beach, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

Honeysuckle Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Dorchester, 6.9 km from Monkey World, 22 km from Corfe Castle, as well as 32 km from Poole Harbour. Lovely cottage, we absolutely loved it. It’s cozy and calm, dog friendly, clean and a wonderful garden. Beds were very comfortable too. We will definitely return!

This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi.... Charming timber cabin , clean and welcoming: if you have a passion for cosy, comfortable sheds this is the place for a few days away from the pressures of normal life . We will go back . Thank goodness - no T.V. !

Located in Moreton, in a historic building, 6.7 km from Monkey World, Primrose Cottage is a holiday home with a garden and barbecue facilities. What a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Garden is beautiful. Cottage completed to a brilliant standard.

Set within 30 km of Monkey World and 45 km of Corfe Castle in Dorchester, Gaggle of Geese Pub - Shepherd Huts & Bell Tents offers accommodation with seating area. A great week-end drinking, eating and chilling. Very attentive staff. Nice selection of meals offered. We loved the shepherd's hut and it was in our own secluded spot. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit watching the stars after dark. Our dog also enjoyed himself. Such a dog-friendly place.

The George B&B is located in Weymouth, 2.2 km from Weymouth Beach, 24 km from Monkey World, as well as 37 km from Corfe Castle. Friendly, welcoming host. Last minute booking. Did not get chance to sample the cuisine as we overslept and had to rush out missing breakfast. It looked good though.
