The owners were so nice and kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, called them, and in the morning they gave us ideas for route planning. The breakfast was fantastic. The granola was great, the juice, bread, butter, and honey were delicious.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Our poodle Molly was welcomed and it was lovely to meet Merlin the resident spaniel. The location was superb, opposite a beautiful lake that you can walk around with a dog and swim in warmer weather. The chateau is easily accessed from and to the motorway. We were travelling north from Spain, stopped at the chateau overnight on our way to Calais. It was all blissfully easy. We will return 😁
