The breakfast buffet was great - everything fresh and staff were very attentive to refill anything immediately. The little spa area was very modern, clean and relaxing. The town Lam itself has a couple of restaurants to choose from - we always went to Roesslwirt across the street, where you could get Bavarian food, as well as more modern food (including veggie options). It's beneficial to have a care when going there, as we took day trips around the area from Lam to see local sights, e.g. the dragon in Furth im Wald, etc. 10/10 recommend this place.

The property has mountain and garden views. Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

The rooms are spacious, the WiFi was perfect and the view from our terrace was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We shall definitely stay here again.
