There’s cows and sheep and lots of wildlife; wombats and kangaroos and echidnas and lots of birds e.g. rosellas. Cabin is cosy and comfy. No wifi, just tv. Breakfast is great: farm fresh eggs, bacon, toast butter jam and marinade and juice and milk, fruit and tomatoes. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfy. Great hospitality: if you’re coming back late they’ll turn the outside light on for you. Clean the cabin every 2 days.

The property has a barbecue and children's playground. A cozy place to relax and disconnect from life. I found all the basic amenities I needed such as a TV, a cooktop a BBQ, a heater and an a/c with reverse cycle, much needed for the cold winter evenings. Everything was clean and tidy. Checking in was easy and I kept well informed of instructions to do so. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location by the beach, and close distance from the lake and shops.

St Georges Basin is just 2 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. The place was just what we needed. It was like a paradise . Quite, beautiful, ans very comfortable

Site, accomodation, care Many thanks to Dirk and Dawn for our unforgettable time. The place is awesome, we saw bandicoots?!, pelicans, rays and scampi?! from the beach. At nighttime we saw glowing waterplants, it was magic. We‘re very thankful for the wonderful experience.

Upper level rooms offer a balcony with harbour views. Spacious, clean room with plenty of amenities. You can tell the motel is well cared for by the owners. Very nice vibe! Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The checking in was very easy.

Close to transport, Bundanoon Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from Bundanoon Lodge. The shops, restaurants, cafes, bars of Bundanoon town centre are only 3 minutes’ drive away. The popular Glow Worm Glen walk is a 5-minute drive from the property. Everything was perfect, from the moment we entered the driveway, parking was so easy and convenient. The lodge was so clean and so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. Check-in and out was a breeze! Ruth was so friendly, and this made our stay even better! The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep in a long time. There was also the heater function on the beds, which was definitely very useful. The toilet was so clean too. Breakfast was so delicious, we had the best bread and yoghurt. You can actually smell breakfast the moment you wake up. Overall the entire experience was wonderful, made even more perfect by the warmth from Ruth, and also the other people staying that weekend.

The entire stay exceeded our expectations, from the host to the cabin, it's hard to think of anything negative about it but if I had to nitpick, on a hot summer day, it might be difficult with the small fan provided.

Whale House is a beautifully appointed little cottage with magnificent sweeping views of the bay. The deck is brilliant for watching the sunrise or enjoying your morning coffee or enjoying the bbq. It is clean and close to all that Pambula has to offer especially the river mouth. We loved our stay at Whale Tail Beach House.
