This riverside home has all that you may need for your next trip, with a fully equipped internal laundry and additional toilet, leading out to the generous undercover entertaining area, consisting of an outdoor lounge and dining set, BBQ and weather resistant bistro blinds, ideal for the cooler Winter months. Situated on the peaceful canals of Sussex Inlet, this absolute waterfront home is a fisherman's dream with its own private jetty with an outdoor sink. The home offers plenty of entertainment, with several board games and outdoor garden games such as Pictionary, Monopoly, Boche, Chess and even a dart board for the adults to enjoy! This coastal home is in a wonderful location for families looking to enjoy the coast and Shoalhaven area. Located in the center of town, and is less than a 5 minute drive to the local RSL, Supermarket and Cafe's, or a 20 minute drive to the Conjola National Park. Main Bedroom - Queen bed Second Bedroom - Queen bed Third Bedroom - 2 x Single bunk beds The maximum guest amount is 8. Linen is provided. (No towels, you will need to bring your own beach and bath towels) Outside pets may be considered. Driveway parking is available, no garage access. The property is fully fenced with a private jetty.
