Location right harbour. We arrived early and they even gave us a room until ours was ready. They don't speak English, but somebody of their reception/family was easy to contact via whatsapp. Motorbike rental and laundry service are available. We missed the last ferry to the island (because it's already 13:30 and we didn't think about that) but we could move our stay by a day without additional charge and was very uncomplicated.

I was surprised when a driver picked me up at the Port as I hadn't arranged any transport. Hotel is extremely clean, good food available at fair prices, very pleasant owner and had a very enjoyable stay.😀👍

Hue is a truly fantastic host, speaking excellent English, always there to help and a lovely character. She kindly collected us from the harbour and returned us at the end. We rented a scooter from her (great vfm). The accommodation is very good, lots of hot water, good aircon and a fridge. Most importantly, the homestay is terrific value for money. Many thanks to Hue for a perfect stay.

I had an amazing stay at Minh’s homestay on Cô Tô! Minh is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, going out of his way to make sure guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. He assisted with organizing transfers, shared great local tips, and truly made the stay special.
The location is beautiful, close by the beach, with easy access by motorbike or taxi. In the evenings, guests gather together for a delicious meal prepared by Minh, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable—just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
I highly recommend Minh’s homestay for anyone visiting Cô Tô. The hospitality, scenic location, and amazing food make it a wonderful place to stay!

No words can fully do justice to the time we had at the incredible Phoenix Hotel.
The hotel itself very well designed, with little artistic details everywhere it is both visually stunning and atmospheric.
The main star though is the artist himself, Mr Văn Anh, owner and creator of this great space. He is extremely hospitable, kind and generous with his time. He clearly thinks ahead of his time too, using no plastic at the hotel and promoting electric vehicles on the island. Overall a very clever, interesting and talented man who I fully respect.
We were welcomed with open arms.
