The room was way better than I expected, way better than it was on the pictures. I also asked to have a water view, it was amazing! We went to Ed Sheeran's concert at the Levi's Stadium. It was only 30 minutes to walk from the hotel. Super convenient!

The front staff Victor was very friendly and especially their manager Kazi who prioritises guests and makes sure everyone has a great time at the hotel. We were well looked after and really enjoyed our stay. We are sure to visit again the next time we visit San Jose.
