The hotel is in a good downtown location close to a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel seems quite new and looked clean and contemporary. I found some great outdoor running options in the local country park a few minutes run from the hotel. The cafe in reception was good and a nice bar. The team were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, and although its an older location, it smelled clean and not overly "disinfected." The rooms were not carpeted and I appreciated the LVP (I wasn't scared to go barefoot). It was centrally located to where we needed to go
Check-in staff and serving people for breakfast were exceptional! Breakfast was very good. Room and common areas all very clean and well kept. Nice to have a good dog walking area. Location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping.

The front desk staff were always friendly and always greeted us. The location was very convenient. We found out the hotel was pet friendly and wouldn’t have even known, our room was very clean and free of any odors. I’m definitely going to recommend this hotel to my friends!
