One of the worst motels we’ve ever stayed. At least we had a place to sleep, but will never stay here again.

Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

First the bed was just about the best I have ever had at a motel. Then they went the extra mile by calling me and telling me that I left my pillow and I was able to pick it up. They had what we look for in a room-a chair (they had a couch!), refridg, microwave and a desk. We would definitely come back.

We ended up driving because we could not get my card to work. Even though this was very inconvenient I was relieved because the area of Salem this Motel 6 was in was seriously sketchy. I did not go in the rooms so I cannot review them. The staff was very nice. You register at night through a night window.

Location good for grocery store. It is a typical motel so if you want a reasonably priced place it is OK.

I felt like the hotel was trying to be something it's not. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is maybe a 2 star tops My room smelled like old cigarettes. Reminded me of a old cheap motel. It's like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig.
