Room was fine. No carts for luggage. As an older person it was hard to carry ort carrier and suitcases. Breakfast room was dirty and stacked with boxes. Appliances dirty or not functioning

When I booked my room with booking.com, I have received the confirmation, but when I reached the property by 4:00pm on my reservation day, the FD staff told me they cannot find the reservation.
almost waited half an hour for checking inn also on website they don't have any clarification about pet policy.
it says pet friendly, but it doesn't say they have pet fee $75.00.
TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
It was such a Comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The first day I was late for my free breakfast but the staff was able to get me some food. I even had my dog with me and it was a minimal fee since this is a pet friendly place.
