However, "Jacky" made it happen and I didn't have to climb stairs repeatedly (good customer service).

We dined in green mill in for breakfast and it was great! We also ate in the lounge area the evening before and enjoyed the same great food. Staff in both areas are exceptional. Will definitely stay here again when needs arise.
