The owner is very thoughtful and went over and beyond with the best service in Tanzania. They also offer transfer (pick up / drop off) and can check in 24/7. Daniel and Lindah were great hosts, very kind and accommodating! The property is very secure, and is in a great area, very close to Mbezi beach, and not too far from the city. We traveled to many places throughout Dar while staying here. This home is a very comfortable 2 bedroom, with a nice living room and kitchen. Was very convenient to have a washing machine. Loved the nice area to sit outside and secure place to park our car. It is a quiet and friendly location to be.

It's close to the main road, but yet quite and secure. The staff are amazing and friendly. Always willing to help or just chit chat with you. The break fast was good. We like that the were various option to choose from including swahili breakfast bites like mandazi.

I am very glad we stayed here after our safari. The hotel is modern and clean, the breakfast and teatime are very good and we gladly used the free laundry service. The pool was much needed in the heat of Dar Es Salaam. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, also a good pizza place right in front of the hotel. I would stay here again!

I love the pool! It's open from 6am till midnight, which is amazing. I would dip in the morning and before sleep. The beds were clean and comfortable, nice towels. The staff was friendly, you have option to do your own laundry or ask the staff for a fair fee. There were nice chill out and common areas and I could meet so many other travelers. The kitchen was also open for use and I cooked few meals. Plenty options of supermarkets walking distance. I would definitely come back!

We stayed here Tuesday and then Saturday January, 2023 and the apartments were phenomenal. We're particular with places we stay in and these apartments were beyond spacious, quiet, beautiful, clean and about 20 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes walking distance to the ferry. Wifi and air conditioning all over was a plus. Delivery of food is about 15 minutes from time of order. Messages I sent were replied to within 5 minutes. I'll definitely stay here anytime I'm in Dar. Highly recommended! You won't regret it.

I spent a week at the Lark Hotel and I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff were polite and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance of the main city center, so it was easy to get around. It was also safe to walk around at night. I would definitely recommend Lark Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Tanzania. It's also a great option if you're looking for a professional and comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.
