Large rooms and well furnished two floors property within private, secured and gated. Surrounded with beautiful garden and communal swimming pool. Great service especially from Seyfi always there, he is very friendly, polite and very helpful. Location is perfect… walking distance to food shopping, bakery and 10min by car to antique side, opportunity to big shopping mall!
Overall, very nice place to stay and comfortable.

The hotel consists of 2 parts, each on a different side of the road - my opinion concerns the main part. The hotel is pleasant if you don't expect too much. For this price it is really worth staying in this hotel. The pools are nice, the apartments are comfortable, although very poorly equipped - you have to ask at the reception if something is missing and then they will deliver it to your room. The restaurant serves delicious dishes.

Thank you to Ibrahim and Selma for making our short stay beyond our expectations. Our rooms were prepared before arrival, so we checked in on time. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a couple or a small family. The environment was quiet enough to rest and relax. Shops and markets are near. In the evening, we ordered some Turkish food from the nearby restaurants. It was budget-friendly. The next morning, we had our breakfast in the hotel for a reasonable price by Selma.

The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool ,lobby, and dining area are clean and well maintained. The location is good for attractions, etc. Staff are very nice and polite. Food is reasonable (but repetitive).

Excelent hotel! The location is great, easy access to the beach by foot and easy access to city center by public transport. Room is big ,clean and well-equipped. Balcony had a nice pool view.
