Apparently, not deep cleaning has been done for a very long time. Not kettle and complementary coffee / tea. No toiletries at all !!! No room service. I had to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheet and pillows as I could see some hair from the previous guest!!!!!! I think they were not changed before I checked in!!
