I have just returned from the most lovely stay in the Assos Apartments. The complex is immaculate and constantly being maintained and cleaned. They have an extremely safe substantial parking facility with secured gates.
I was over the moon with the room. They were cleaned to an exceptional standard and decorated in a modern and comfortable style. The kitchen area contained everything you need for self catering. The air conditioning is very powerful and was definitely needed in the beautiful weather we had. The apartment has 3 air conditioning units, one in the living area and in both bedrooms. The apartment was very spacious and exceeded my expectations. The master bedroom had a large bed I think it was kingsize but could’ve been larger. The bedding and mattresses are immaculate throughout. The second bedroom comprises of 2 singles and is also a good size. I found the high ceiling really bright and airy. You also have a choice of two balconies one overlooking the beautiful pool area. The pool comprises of a main pool and shallow children’s pool, ideal for families or couples and very quiet. Also has a toilet for convenience. They have extremely comfortable sun loungers and a lovely canopy area if shade is needed.
The property is approximately 5 minutes to the restaurants and shops of Belek, in my opinion perfectly located.

It is a very cozy and peaceful place to stay. The staff is kind and takes good care of you. It is possible to use public transport (dolmus) to get to Belek center, beaches etc, altough it is really hard to find information about the routes and timetable.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They are responding quickly to my queries. They also allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier because we arrived before the check-in time. This was my third time there with my two kids and I absolutely enjoyed it to the max.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good food with a lot of options. There is a choice of restaurants on-site. Tasty snacks between main meals like hot-dogs, chicken doners, hamburgers, donuts, ice cream, etc. Cold drinking water in fridges. True beachfront. The beach clean and with plenty of sun-beds. The extra pool in the SPA with cold water was an amazing thing after sunbathing at +40C.

beautiful location, rooms were clean and great. beach bar was lovely. only issue was 3/4 of the restaurants were closed, one was open and booked up so quickly. the food in the buffet hall was however delicious but after 4 days it was a bit repetitive. The staff at the front desk weren’t very helpful and barely spoke English. No kind of welcome to hotel was done , just a
key and your map and figure it out (it wasn’t very straight forward or spelt out how it all worked)
still pretty good value for money.
Stayed 4 nights to compete in the Ironman Turkey 70.3 event, so mostly selected due to it's superb location close to T2 and value. Rooms were huge, so very useful for bike assembly and spread-out kit checks :)
Beds were surprisingly comfortable and a good size.
On site parking was a bonus.
