A charming and well conceived European style hotel next to a canal, and in the middle of nowhere, on the outskirts of Samut Songkhran. Good access from the Bangkok highway.
Lots of attentive staff, some more experienced than others. We stayed in the Thai House and it was unique, with great views across the resort, and bug free.
We ate at The Canal Resteraunt twice, where the menu and food were above average and a nice ambience riverside.
We also arranged a boat trip to the Floating Market: in fact Asita is only a 15 minute drive from all the Amphawa attractions.

The receptionist woman is really nice and friendly. They offer free different energy drinks, coffee etc for free 24 hours. The location is near to Umbrella market, the train MAEKLONG STATION. You can easily go and see the train during departure and arrival. Food markets and massage centers are also near. If you are women then can find beauty parlor besides the reception desk.
The hotel is run by a lovely family, who were caring and helpful to make our stay as good and comfortable as possible.
The location is great. The restaurant (breakfast area) faces the river. The bungalows and the rooms were clean and well-designed. We had a very good breakfast with a variety of options. I was amazed by the fresh taste of the shrimp. The hotel is approximately 1 km away from the railway market. We travelled by car, so it was quite convenient for us. However, it may be difficult if you dent have your own car.
Clean and quiet. located on a water canal not far from the highway but feel totally isolated. Charming and helpful owners. Food was extremely good. You can take a Kayak no charge and paddle across the canal.
River Coco is situated on the river. It has a beautiful garden and view of temples from the river. The rooms are massive and well equipped. There is silence all around you with sounds of nature. One of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. It is very close to the floating market and restaurants for food. Very friendly staff and very cute dogs and ducks. A great place to relax and connect to nature.
