A quirky little place with unique charm. Every wall and floor tile must have a story that I would like to know. Not boutique , but if you wanna know how early days of Thailand travel were this is the place. The best location for being in the center of town that is both peaceful and at a modest cost. I will stay again.
Super clean, super comfortable- I stayed in one the new houses which was super modern.
The host was probably the most accommodating and friendly in my 4 months of travelling. She helped with bike hire due to location being away from the centre and gave her recommendations for places to eat.
For the price of a standard room it is unbelievable value as long as you don’t mind renting transport.
Only issue is that i wasn’t able to stay longer!
The hotel location is next to the River and the local market, which is convenient. Also the main town and restaurants are walking distance. The hotel is clean and the room amenities and decor were good. Breakfast was adequate, and the cost was about what we expected.
This is definitely a “niche” hotel. Good location with lovely grounds and pool. The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows, but dated. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast but not western style. We asked for fried eggs and an omelette and got them. The staff aren’t particularly forthcoming with information but if you need anything and ask they were more than happy to help - very friendly and polite. Would stay here again.
