I got the room at an amazing price. The check in went smoothly, the lady at the reception was friendly and informative. Breakfast was amazing, would meet any expectations and was included in the price. I didn't get to use any of the extras (bar restaurant etc) as they were closed on the day I was visiting or I didn't really have much interest in them. In general, it was an almost perfect experience. The toiletries provided were high end.

Facilities and friendly staff. Good size room, and easy to find the place. Located in a quiet area. Big fridge available in the room and kitchen and laundry facilities were e extensive.
We loved the location, on the lake with a super kid's playground next door. We loved the size of the house, super kitchen and dining, indoor and out. Great tv room for kids and a jacuzzi and sauna. The house interiors are impressive and very well equipped with 2 big family bathroom. Steam Hotel is very near with super facilities including indoor water park. Lots of cafes and bars in walking distance. Very good public transport also. Great place for family group to stay, lovely helpful hosts.
Super nice staff, good food, excellent value. We had a dog friendly room and there were even some snacks, poo bags and bowls for my dog already there. Nice touch.

The location is ideal, next to the train/bus station and close to the centre. The windows are great as there was absolutely no noise. The hotel has a very cool lobby, is pet friendly, I even saw a laundry room. The breakfast was very nice, with many healthy options included.
Great location and nice modern look. We were traveling with our dog and when we arrived in the room we found food and water bowls for her. What a nice welcome.
