All the staff was super amazing, feeling like in a big family, super comfortable from the first moment in a really enjoyable nature place full of activities and possibilities. Bonfire every night, and the breakfast super super complete and full of fruits and vegetables, we end up super full and happy!! The staff is the best, and the atmosphere and everything, no doubt one of the places most worth it in the ones i have been around! Best place in Musanze for sure.

The service and food was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Respa in reception put us in a bigger room than we had booked and done it up all special for our honeymoon which was a rlovely surprise. The food was so good!! Breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty! We always looked forward to the next meal especially in the evening beside the fire. The manager brought us on a really great tour on our second day there to the twin lakes. This included a short hike, a boat on the twin lakes out to a restaurant where we had another delicious meal with an amazing view and then back. He organised travel for us to Kigali also. We also got a really lovely kind gift off the manager which was a cow skin rug. Such a lovely gift to bring back home to Ireland. I honestly can’t fault our stay. It was everything we wanted and the team were always so welcoming and ensuring we had a great stay. That we did!
