The view from the cottage was one of the many highlights of our stay, including a loaf of freshly baked bread upon arrival and lots of goodies in the refrigerator! The cottage was beautiful, well appointed and had a great deck and a hot tub. We were especially appreciative of the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. When it became obvious that the Inter-Islander Ferry from Picton to Wellington would not be running as scheduled for our onward journey, our hosts helped us arrange alternate air travel and delivered us to the airport in Blenheim. Definitely would stay here again!

Margareth and Bill are incredible hosts. they took such good care of us we didn’t want to leave. The room was so cozy and comfortable it was hard to get up but the smell of the fresh pastries they had for us for breakfast helped lol. Their three course breaky was the best we had in all of NZ.
