The motel is within walking distance to shops, beach and a top-level golf course. The motel has a lovely pool, the staff are friendly, and it has all the facilities I needed (including a laundry). The beds are comfy and large enough to fit New Zealanders! This is my third longish stay at the motel and I will definitely be back again. This time I had mixed up the dates of my stay and had booked for one night less than I intended. The staff didn't skip a beat and just kept me in the room I had been staying in. Their flexibility and help were greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was simple and had the basic fresh items. The visit from the kuri/dog on Sunday was fun friendly and had come to check us out. The weather was wild on the Saturday beautiful views from the cottage and it was so relaxing and restful spot to admire the gardens and scenery.

The studio worked very well for us. It was true to the photographs. The location was handy to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the view of the sea from the window, hearing the birds, and the private outdoor area. We were provided with timely information about the door code, restaurants, activities etc.

The location of this property is fabulous. Looking directly out at Kapiti Island. Great in all weathers. We made good use of the spa pool. The kitchen is well equipped. Good instructions on how to use everything. I would stay there again. Many thanks.
Studio's decor was modern and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable, as was the seating. There were alot of extra items supplied (everything you may have needed was there), air-conditioning was available, location was handy to cafes, shops, beach, etc. The shower's pressure was amazing and the fact we were welcome to take our little dog was awesome.
Location- I nearly got lost.. on my way , i was worried i got lost in the middle of nowhere..but all good because i was met by a lovely host.
Just twi things: maybe a sign on the road will be helpful because i nearly drove past and it will be difficult to make a turn bec. Of the road and 2. I am afraid of dog so I was a bit frightened when the dog turned up but the host was quick to remove the dog. All in all - very nice place.. i would come back again.
perfect for dogowners! fully fenced with great outdoor area,fab little cottagey feel as well as very modern and clean with such a great location- 100 metres from entrance to the awesome kapiti dogpark. Highly recommend
Great view of the sea and Kapiti island from the windows and very large deck. Beautifully decorated and unexpectedly spacious apartment. Thoughtful provision of games, books, throws, cushions etc. Nice to have a range of coffee pods and not instant coffee, thank you. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there was a very helpful assortment of condiments stocked in the cupboards. Likewise we didn't need the pet bed and bowls provided for dog owners but a nice touch. Very reasonable fees also.
