Four Trees is located on a hilltop with million-dollar views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Our room was spacious and comfy. The communal kitchen is well-appointed. The wifi coverage is excellent. Poppy the dog and Blimp the cat are adorable ambassadors. Louis, Nick, and the team are friendly and extremely responsive. This is a special place to return to after a day of adventure in San Juan. It is also an incredible value.

Very pretty, close to the beach, surrounded by jungle, a few kms or miles from Playa la Flor, (the turtle sanctuary - well worth a visit, particularly during nesting times), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full gas stove and oven, bar fridge, it has air con, but we didn't need it. Lovely deck to sit out on. Wifi was great. The woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and brought the drinking water I requested within a couple of minutes. Small hotel. Quite charming.

We loved staying here. The terrace is amazing. We spent many hours relaxing there. The place is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is just far enough out of town to be quiet but not too far. The birds in the early evening in the trees are lovely. The host is very responsive to messages.
