The property was very clean and had many cleaning supplies in case were needed. All linen and towels used were clean. The location was very close to many good restaurants (though beware they close early!) including a supermarket! It was 15 minute drive to Hakone volcano summit and around 5 minute drive to popular onsens and hiking areas. The area is very quiet so beware for groups to not be too loud at night. The owner was very thorough with check-in and check-out information so we did not have any trouble. The internet worked great and so did all amenities. I was happy I could bring my dogs! They had a great time at the little gated area offered!
