We would have loved to stay longer. About 2 km away is a great Sri Lankan restaurant so we didn't have to go far for a great meal.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of Tiger-san amd his family and feel much closer to nature here after the bicycle ride from Naha, leaving behind the concrete jungle for the splendour of the hills around Mount Yaedake. The place has a rustic charm I appreciate, slightly off the beaten track but worth it for those who care to wander.
