Amazing Volterra town location but the highlight was the Moretti family, who are amazing. They are some of the best hosts we have encountered in our travels. Welcoming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner really surprised us with offering unexpected and very welcome special help that we needed with our luggage. Thoroughly nice people. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The decor throughout was beautifully done. The room was excellent A wonderful two nights - wish it could have been more.

Claudia, whose family owns and runs the winery and accommodations, couldn’t be a better hostess. Her English is excellent, she is warm and accommodating, and she is happy to help in whatever way you need. The scenery is beautiful and they take great pride in running their winery, in which the accommodations are located. The breakfast is very good - bread, cakes, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, great cappuccino freshly made by Claudia on request, and the best, fresh juice we have ever had. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was good sized, clean and updated. The shower is a bit small but worked well for us. They have a washer and dryer you can use at no additional cost. We hope to come back and stay here again. Also take the winey tour and tasting - well worth it!

The place was really nice, we were impressed by everything. First of all, the location was authentic and a great experience to have when travelling in Toscana. We came by car and the owner advised where we can leave our car. Even offered to come and pick us up from there. The apartment was clean, easpecially the bathroom, which we really appreciated. The owner was indeed the best we had in our entire trip :) explained us everything about the city and helped us promptly with the requests we had.

Other beautiful cities such as Siena, Florence and Pisa can be reached in an hour.
There are one hundred and thirty hectares of fields and woodland to explore. You can go for walks, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and seeing glimpses of the tuscan wildlife.

Location relative to Volterra Centro Storico. Great host, accommodations had enclosed area for car, private terrace and entrance, beautiful view of the pool and surrounding area and this unit had a washing machine which was perfect. Also, great little places nearby to grab a bite.
