The place is beautiful, full of greenery and beautiful scenery. The Polo Club being part of the resort, we got to enjoy a relaxing horse ride. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail so we could enjoy the experience, although we had never ridden before. We also used the tennis court, also a nice experience. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a nice experience, with the waiter recommending us an excellent wine. The room was spacious, clean. We had a few difficulties renting a car, but Saimira was very helpful, offering to drive us to the train station in Bucine so we could take the train to Arezzo. All in all a lovely experience, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

Stefania was wonderful to work with. The facilities were immaculate and everything was as pictured. We did not have a car but there is a short path to the village where we had some of the best pasta of the trip. Stefania also helped us with a driver, Mario who was wonderful.
