Location was good due to proximity from Railway station and also local travel bus station
There was no breakfast. Had to take it at outside restaurant. Hotel staff was knowing only Kannada.
Hopeless facilities. Poor Maintenance.
This is a great property and I always stay here while driving from Mumbai to Bangalore. It is pet friendly so we stop over with our dog for the night. The service and food etc is great. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because the bathrooms need maintenance. The shower could not be used as it was leaking and the bucket provided was quite dirty. Otherwise all was good.
Excellent location for travelers both by Air or road. Very spacious rooms with polite staff. Food is awesome. Restaurant staff is very supportive and attentive. I loved the property protector (a Street dog with neck band, which I think was put by staff) as he is very playful and friendly. Gives you company during your night walks post dinner. I loved the the infinity pool for sure.
