The location was beautiful but difficult to get to because it’s gated and there weren’t clear instructions. Even in the phone the hosts couldn’t provide me with coherent instructions and refused to come out to help!! This was way below the kind of service I’ve received from any other listing on Booking. Not to mention that this occurred during a time of compromised safety - it’s unheard of that a host refuses to step outside to help a guest who’s lost because you couldn’t provide simple directions!
